Christmas Show at the Mauch Chunk Opera House
Mon, December 10, 2007
Well here it is, my first blog on the new site. I want to thank my friend John McKernan for doing so much work to make this happen. We are working on the pictures page and the contact page so they should be done real soon. And then the site should be complete.
This past Saturday night we performed our First Annual Christmas Music Show at the Mauch Chunk Opera House in Jim Thorpe, PA. It was a real blast and the audience loved it. The response we received made us all feel great and personally, this show helped to get me into the Christmas spirit. I want to thank Craig Kastelnik, Patty Kastelnik, Peter Fluck, Don and Wayde for all of the hardwork they put into this show to make it a success. And also, a big thanks to Vince, Dan and Christie, and all of the volunteers at the Opera House. Our guests Jack & Brenda did a fine job opening with some beautiful renaissance tunes so thanks to you folks as well. And lastly, we'd like to extend our appreciation to all the folks who took time out of their busy holiday schedules to attend the performance--without you it would not have been much fun.
